When you contact Haviland

When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email address, selected subject, message and any optional contact details are emailed to Haviland through its mail provider, Titan. Haviland uses these details to respond to your enquiry. You can also contact Haviland using the email and telephone links.

An enquiry may contain your name, contact details and information you choose to share about your needs. Keep the first message limited to what is necessary, and do not include confidential employee, customer or other sensitive personal information.

Website use

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not use advertising or audience-analytics scripts. The hosting service may process technical information, such as an IP address and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the website.

The enquiry form uses a short-lived session cookie and temporary request counters to help prevent misuse. Form messages are not stored in a website database; submitted enquiries are handled in Haviland's mailbox.
