Haviland was founded by Wayne and Linda Millard in 2022, with a focus on developing people and improving the way they contribute. The business brings management consulting and human development together.
Meet Wayne Millard.
Wayne's background spans more than two decades of executive and entrepreneurial experience across education, training and corporate environments. His earlier working life also crossed sales-led sectors, including motor vehicles, financial services and retail.
That experience brings the customer conversation and the people behind it into the same frame. Selling, leading and managing each depend on understanding others, communicating clearly and responding to real circumstances.
Wayne developed AV-X to connect personal direction with the capabilities people use in their professional lives. LifeMAP, sales, leadership, communication and the other programme themes belong to that broader view of development.
